Sidereal Prohibitions of Use To maintain universal harmony, you agree not to use Wegoo's Services for: • Legal Disturbances: Any modulation that violates the laws or regulations of any sphere of your existence – be it galactic, planetary, or tribal. • Humanoid Malefaction: Exploiting, harming, or attempting to harm other human beings in any conceivable way. • Falsehood Transmission: Generating or disseminating data and/or content proven false with the explicit purpose of causing harm to Earthlings. • Identity Invasion: Generating or disseminating personal identification information that could be used to cause harm to a human being. Content Protocol with Origin Rights It is the sole responsibility of the user (Earthling) to ensure they possess the necessary cosmic permissions and interdimensional licenses to utilize any sound wave (music, audio, voice) or visual projection (video) with established origin rights (copyright) in their creations on the Wegoo platform. Wegoo will not be held responsible for any distortion or unauthorized use of protected materials. By transmuting or generating content that includes fragments from other beings, the user confirms that they hold the privileges of use or have obtained the required galactic authorizations for such, thereby releasing Wegoo from any burden or legal disturbance arising from origin rights infringements. Shields of Reliability and Navigation Support Service Shields: We, at Wegoo, strive to provide a stable and reliable energy flow. However, we offer our services "as perceived," without explicit or implicit warranties of any kind, including, but not limited to, warranties of spatial merchantability, fitness for a specific mission purpose, or non-violation of intergalactic codes. Our objective is to keep the platform available with a minimum annual uptime of 99%, although cosmic anomalies beyond our control may alter this availability. Navigation Support: We offer advanced technical support to assist our users in fully exploring the resources of the Wegoo platform. Support is available on Earth rotation cycle days, within the GMT -3 timeframe, via the following channel: support@wegoo.mov. Our mission is to respond to all inquiries within 48 Earth working-cycle hours. Cosmic Backing Limitations: Despite our dedication to maintaining a high-frequency service, Wegoo is not responsible for energy losses or damages resulting from failures or interruptions in the service flow, including, but not limited to, loss of stellar data or foregone profits. Aberrant or Disharmonious Content Wegoo users are responsible for identifying whether a Created Asset may be potentially inappropriate for juvenile entities, following the applicable laws of their planet, realm, or tribe, and taking adequate sensory precautions. Any illegal or harmful use of the Platform and/or Services will result in permanent banishment, removal of the aberrant content, and you WILL be reported to the relevant national authority of your planet. Energy Transactions and Billing Wegoo may bill for the use of the Services through a third-party energy payment provider, such as "Paypal" and other similar entities. It is crucial to note that, in case of dissonance, the terms of service of that third-party provider will prevail over this Interdimensional Contract. You have complete freedom to deactivate your plan at any moment. Similarly, Wegoo reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service for any reason, including the violation of our Guidelines of these Terms of Use or the improper use of the Service. Any violation constitutes a breach of this Contract. In such a scenario, you will not receive a refund for the current subscription period, but you will not be charged after the end of that period. Disconnection Protocol (Refund) We offer a 7-day energy return guarantee for all plans. If you are not satisfied with your acquisition, simply contact us within 7 days of your purchase. The 7 days are counted from the time cycle in which you acquired the subscription, and this option is valid only for new subscriptions, not for active subscriptions older than 7 days. With your payment receipt, we will process your request to issue a refund equivalent to the unused credit/period. Please keep in mind that, at the moment the refund is processed, your plan will be canceled immediately. Processing energy returns may take up to 30 Earth working-cycle days. The Wegoo team guarantees verification of the request within 5 Earth working-cycle days to initiate processing. The remaining time will depend on the terrestrial bank card issuer. Frequency Deviations (Abusive Use) If a client significantly exceeds the average energy emission of 99% of other clients, Wegoo may, at its discretion, alert them about the overload, initiate an investigation to verify protocol compliance, or temporarily reduce or suspend access. In cases of severe violations of platform codes, such as the use of bots or automations for manipulation, Wegoo reserves the right to suspend access without refunding the energy value paid by the client and may even take intergalactic legal actions. This is done to ensure the best quality of service for all beings interacting with Wegoo.
